These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Receita360 ("Service"), operated by Receita360 Lda. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited commercial communication.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Receita360 Lda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you import into the Service. By connecting your CRM or uploading files, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receita360 Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
