This Privacy Policy describes how Receita360 ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company data), information generated by your use of the Service (pipeline data, CRM field mappings, usage events), and technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional and product emails (which you can opt out of), perform analytics (via PostHog), and comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics & Cookies
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog sets cookies to track page views and feature usage. This helps us improve the product. You may withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time using the cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page. We also use essential session cookies from Supabase (our authentication provider) which cannot be disabled as they are required for the Service to function.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, PostHog) under data processing agreements; (b) Salesforce, when you connect your CRM; (c) law enforcement when required by law.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / LGPD)
If you are in the EU or Brazil, you have the right to access, correct, port, or erase your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, visit our Data Deletion page or email privacy@receita360.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 30 days after deletion to allow for cancellation. CRM sync data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Anonymised aggregate data (used for benchmarks) may be retained indefinitely.
